Get ready to get those shoulders/core burning!<br /><br />Warm up:<br /><br />1. Shoulder External Rotation and Press. 10 times. Dumbbell weight of choice.<br /><br />20 seconds rest<br /><br />2. Side Plank Rotations. 10 Rotations on each side. <br /><br />20 seconds rest<br /><br />3. Press Up Pause. 10 times<br /><br />20 seconds rest<br /><br />4. V-Sit Single Leg Hold. 30 seconds hold on each leg with 15 seconds rest between each leg. <br /><br />20 seconds rest<br /><br />5. Alekna Lateral. 10 reps on each arm.
